Rocks

Rocks! This month’s theme is sure to make rock hounds out of your children. Our “Rocks” theme includes science lessons, number, algebraic, and geometry math activities and games, and reading and language arts activities and games such as completing sentence strips with vocabulary words, practicing the -ock word family, and reinforcing the letter r. We have also created new original emergent readers, rhymes, and felt board stories as well as literacy lessons for the books Stone Soup and Everybody Needs a Rock.
