What you need:

Sombrero printouts
Craft paper
Scissors
Small pompoms
Glue
Glitter paint

What you do:

Print sombrero patterns and cut out. Trace patterns on craft paper and cut out. Assemble as shown in picture. Decorate with pompoms and glitter paint.
